So what is the role?
As a
Junior People & Office Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring both smooth HR processes and efficient office operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, managing job postings, and communicating with candidates
- Assist with onboarding new employees, preparing documentation, and ensuring a smooth start
- Help with payroll administration and ensure accurate data entry for employee attendance and leaves
- Oversee the day-to-day office operations ensuring the office is well-organized and supplies are stocked
- Manage office inventory, including ordering supplies and managing vendor relationships
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and team-building activities
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
