As a Customer Love Specialist (full-time or part-time from 30 hours/week), you’ll be the human voice and the heart of our customer experience. With genuine empathy and the support of helpdesk and AI tools, you’ll ensure that each customer receives an outstanding and personalized experience, from the very first interaction to building long-term relationships:
You provide empathetic and knowledgeable support, assist customers in their purchase decisions, and follow up personally to ensure satisfaction.
You take care of customer inquiries related to orders and deliveries.
You support customers with technical questions, including setup, usage, and troubleshooting of the nunc..
You build lasting customer relationships by representing the nunc. brand in a human and authentic way.
You work closely with other teams to continuously improve the overall customer experience.
You are familiar with nunc. and our Customer Love Manifesto, and you use the available tools efficiently to support our customers.
You have a keen sense for our customers' needs and handle their requests with precision and empathy.
You have built positive customer relationships and actively contributed to shaping our community.
You contribute to the continuous improvement of the nunc. experience journey through your insights and customer closeness.
You bring 1–2 years of experience in customer service or direct customer interaction , ideally with initial exposure to the coffee world or the hospitality industry.
You are communicative, empathetic, and genuinely enjoy connecting with our community, asking questions, and growing together.
You enjoy working with AI-supported tools, but you also know when human judgment is needed and you’re committed to maintaining a personal connection with our customers.
You speak fluent German and English.
