So what is the role?
Wir suchen eine erfahrene Entwicklungsleitung, die unsere Entwicklungsprojekte von der Idee bis zur Markteinführung leitet und maßgeblich zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte beiträgt:
  • Leitung und Koordination von Entwicklungsprojekten im Bereich vernetzter Kaffee-Systeme
  • Verantwortung für die Integration von Software- und Hardwarekomponenten in unsere Produkte
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern zur Sicherstellung der Weiterentwicklung des Ökosystem unter Berücksichtigung von Hardware & Software
  • Steuerung der Entwicklungsprozesse nach agilen Methoden in verschiedenen Teams
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Entwicklungsprozessen, um Innovationen schneller auf den Markt zu bringen
  • Analyse neuer Technologien und Trends zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung von mehreren Teams von 8 oder mehr Teammitgliedern

What you need for this role:
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise in der Entwicklung von Konsumgütern oder IoT-Produkten
  • Tiefgehendes Wissen in der Software- und Hardwareentwicklung
  • Erfahrung mit agilen Entwicklungsmethoden wie Scrum oder Kanban
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Produktindustrialisierung und Markteinführung
  • Erfahrung in der Führung und Weiterentwicklung von Teams mit 8 oder mehr Mitgliedern
  • Starke analytische und lösungsorientierte Denkweise
  • Erfahrung mit relevanten Tools & Technologien:
    • CAD/CAE
    • Industrialisierung
    • Embedded Systems
    • Programmiersprachen C++/Java/Python
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Fähigkeit, interdisziplinäre Teams zu führen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

So what is the role?

We are looking for an experienced Head of Development to lead our development projects from concept to market launch and to play a key role in the further evolution of our products:

  • Lead and coordinate development projects in the field of connected coffee systems

  • Take responsibility for the integration of software and hardware components into our products

  • Collaborate closely with internal and external partners to ensure the ongoing development of our ecosystem, considering both hardware and software aspects

  • Manage development processes according to agile methodologies across different teams

  • Continuously optimize development processes to accelerate innovation and reduce time-to-market

  • Analyze new technologies and trends to further enhance our products

  • Lead and develop multiple teams consisting of 8 or more team members

This is the next level you achieve after 6 months:

  • Successful coordination and implementation of a development project from concept phase to prototype

  • Optimized development processes to improve efficiency and reduce time-to-market

  • Seamless collaboration between software and hardware teams to deliver innovative solutions

  • Defined a strategic roadmap for product industrialization and market launch

  • Made critical technology decisions and developed implementation plans

  • Built and led a strong, effective, and collaborative development team

  • Successfully established agile methodologies and streamlined development workflows to ensure efficient product development

What you need for this role:

  • Several years of experience in project management, ideally in consumer goods or IoT product development

  • Deep expertise in software and hardware development

  • Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban

  • Solid knowledge in product industrialization and market launch

  • Proven experience in leading and developing teams of 8 or more members

  • Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset

  • Experience with relevant tools and technologies, including:

    • CAD/CAE

    • Industrialization processes

    • Embedded Systems

    • Programming languages C++/Java/Python

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead interdisciplinary teams

  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
