So what is the role?

Als Technischer Betriebs- & Laborkoordinator bist Du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Logistik, Customer Support und unserem technischen Team. Deine Aufgabe ist es, sicherzustellen, dass unsere Maschinen einwandfrei gewartet, effizient repariert und für Tests sowie Marketingzwecke bereitgestellt werden:

  • Koordination mit Logistik und Customer Support, um Reparaturen und die Verfügbarkeit von Show-Geräten für Marketingaktivitäten sicherzustellen.
  • Wartung und Reparatur unserer Maschinen, um eine gleichbleibend hohe Produktqualität zu gewährleisten.
  • Root Cause Analysis zur Identifikation und Behebung technischer Probleme.
  • Ersatzteilmanagement und reibungslose Verwaltung des Inventars.
  • Betreuung und Koordination von Werkstudenten sowie die Überwachung von Langzeittests.
  • Sicherstellung der Arbeitssicherheit im Labor und Annahme von Lieferungen.

  • Du hast einen reibungslosen Wartungs- und Reparaturprozess etabliert.
  • Du koordinierst Logistik & Customer Support proaktiv, sodass Maschinen jederzeit verfügbar sind.
  • Du hast das Ersatzteilmanagement optimiert, wodurch Reparaturzeiten verkürzt wurden.
  • Du kennst unser nunc.-System in- und auswendig und hast die Workflows im Labor effizient verbessert.
What you need for this role:
  • Erfahrung in technischen Betriebsabläufen, Laborkoordination oder Produktwartung.
  • Praktische Kenntnisse in mechanischen & elektronischen Reparaturen, idealerweise mit Kaffeemaschinen oder IoT-Geräten.
  • Starke Problemlösungskompetenz, insbesondere in Root Cause Analysis & Troubleshooting.
  • Eine strukturierte, hands-on Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu managen.
  • Gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch (Deutsch ist ein Plus).
  • Wohnsitz in Konstanz.

So what is the role?
As a Technical Operations & Lab Coordinator, you will be the key link between logistics, customer support, and our technical team, ensuring that our machines are well-maintained, repaired efficiently, and available for testing and marketing:
  • Coordinating with logistics and customer support for machine repairs and the availability of show devices for marketing.
  • Performing machine maintenance and repairs to keep our products in top condition.
  • Conducting root cause analysis for technical issues.
  • Managing spare parts and ensuring smooth inventory handling.
  • Supervising working students and overseeing long-term product tests.
  • Ensuring workplace safety in the lab and handling incoming deliveries.
This is the next level you achieve after 6 months:
  • You have successfully established a smooth repair & maintenance process for our machines.
  • You proactively coordinate logistics & customer support, ensuring minimal downtime for machines.
  • You have streamlined spare parts management, reducing delays in repairs.
  • You are fully familiar with our nunc. system and have optimized workflows in the lab.
What you need for this role:
  • You have experience in technical operations, lab coordination, or product maintenance.
  • Practical knowledge of mechanical & electronic repairs, ideally with coffee machines or IoT devices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, especially in root cause analysis & troubleshooting.
  • You are structured, hands-on, and comfortable managing multiple tasks independently.
  • You have good verbal and written communication skills in English, German is a plus.
  • You are based in Konstanz.
