So what is the role?

You support our team by developing and refining user interfaces for our cutting-edge IoT applications across various platforms, including web, mobile, and machine-embedded interfaces:

Your daily tasks include implementing pixel-perfect designs in Flutter and contributing to the user interfaces of our Angular or Next.js-based web applications.
You are responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences that delight our customers.
You take on technical challenges in UI/UX optimization, performance enhancement, and cross-platform compatibility.
In the area of feature implementation, you assist with maintaining a high-quality codebase, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.
You collaborate closely with a small, dedicated team of 2–3 developers to drive the evolution of our IoT products.

This is the next level you achieve after 6 months:

You have successfully implemented key features for our IoT machine, grinder, and web app interfaces.
Significantly improved UI performance and responsiveness on all platforms.
You know our architecture by heart and confidently contribute across the Flutter and web stack.
You have grown into a vital member of the team, delivering consistently high-quality work.

What you need for this role:

A strong technical background, whether through a degree in Computer Science, a completed apprenticeship, or a proven self-taught track record with hands-on projects.
You have more than 2 years of practical experience with Flutter and Dart.
Proficiency in UI/UX principles and creating responsive, user-friendly interfaces is essential.
Experience with frontend frameworks like Angular or Next.js is a strong plus.
You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a plus).
