About Synera:
Synera is a leading process automation platform that accelerates product development by 10X. By integrating diverse CAx tools into an open platform, Synera allows engineering teams to operate within a unified ecosystem, promoting agility and reducing time-to-market. With Synera, engineers can independently automate manual tasks using a visual programming interface, capturing and distributing organizational engineering expertise efficiently and consistently.
So what is the role?
We are looking for a highly motivated Master’s student to work on a special project focused on "Generative Engineering and Industrialization of nunc." This project will explore innovative approaches to product development, leveraging advanced process automation to revolutionize the way we bring products to market.

Key Objectives:

  • Develop and apply generative engineering techniques to optimize and accelerate product industrialization for nunc., our IoT coffee ecosystem.
  • Seamlessly integrate CAx tools within an open platform to ensure efficient, unified workflows for engineering teams.
  • Work closely with Synera’s process automation platform to capture and distribute engineering expertise, enhancing efficiency and maintaining consistent quality.
This is the next level you achieve after 6 months:
  • You've gained hands-on experience in generative engineering and industrialization within a dynamic and innovative environment.
  • You've collaborated closely with industry experts from both NLC and Synera, gaining valuable insights into advanced process automation and product development.
  • You've made a significant contribution to the future of the IoT coffee ecosystem by working on a project with real-world impact.
What you need for this role:
  • A Master’s student in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in generative engineering, process automation, and product development.
  • Proficiency in CAx tools and a good understanding of automation platforms.
  • Experience with CAD and Python is required.
  • Eager to work in a collaborative, innovative, and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
