So what is the role?
We are looking for a passionate and outgoing Working Student to take on the role of Showroom Host & Hospitality Specialist at our nunc. showroom in the heart of Munich. If you love coffee, enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, and are great at keeping things running smoothly, this could be the perfect role for you:
  • Be the face of nunc. Welcome visitors, clients, and partners with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring everyone feels at home in our showroom.
  • Showroom ambassador: Introduce and demonstrate the nunc. coffee machine, share its unique features, and make sure guests leave with an unforgettable experience.
  • Barista duties: Prepare and serve coffee, showcasing the full potential of the nunc. machine. If you’re not a barista yet, don’t worry—we’ll teach you!
  • Event preparation: Assist with preparing the showroom for events, workshops, and client meetings. This includes organizing the space, stocking supplies, and ensuring everything looks perfect.
  • Event support: Help with event planning, such as shopping for supplies, setting up, and providing on-site hospitality during events.
  • Showroom upkeep: Keep the showroom organized, clean, and fully stocked with coffee supplies and materials to ensure it’s always event-ready.
What you need for this role:
  • Currently enrolled at a university.
  • Living in Munich.
  • Enthusiasm for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong affinity for coffee (barista experience is a plus, but not required).
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized.
  • Availability of at least 15 hours per week.
  • Fluent in German and English.
